Sales and Support Policy

This Sales and Support Policy applies to all software purchases made through SoundSpectrum, Inc. (SoundSpectrum) and the SoundSpectrum web site located at www.soundspectrum.com.

Sales to End Users Only

SoundSpectrum sells to end user customers only. All sales are subject to acceptance of SoundSpectrum's End User License Agreement and any breach of this license agreement shall immediately terminate the right to use or continue to use any purchased or downloaded software (including any screenshots or video output from such software).

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged for downloadable software purchases where required by local law in the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides.

Customer Support

SoundSpectrum provides a variety of automated customer support tools for customers that need to change their email address, resend a lost license code, or renew an expired license code (please visit the support section of our web site). SoundSpectrum also provides email support for customers that purchase SoundSpectrum products. Typical response times for such email inquires are within 24 to 48 hours. Return and Refund Policy

As a general policy, SoundSpectrum does not provide refunds. This is due to the fact that our software products are downloadable and are delivered to you, as a purchaser, upon purchase (via email containing a unique license code and instructions for an immediately accessible download). Additionally, we provide the opportunity to download and evaluate a free trial version of our software prior to purchase (the free trial contains many of the same features as the paid upgrade versions). SoundSpectrum does, however, provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for inquiries related to unauthorized charges, fraudulent charges, or mistakenly duplicate purchases. In such cases, SoundSpectrum may, at SoundSpectrum's sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund. All such inquiries must be made within 10 days of the purchase date or the date upon which the card holder became aware of an unauthorized or fraudulent charge to their credit card.

Proof of Purchase

SoundSpectrum will send you a confirmation of your order via email upon purchase. You must provide a valid email address for purposes of this confirmation. If you are paying through PayPal, then PayPal will provide SoundSpectrum with your default PayPal email address.

Cash, Check, or Money Order Purchases

SoundSpectrum accepts US cash, checks and money orders. Non-US currency is not accepted without prior approval by SoundSpectrum and SoundSpectrum shall not be responsible for any payment sent by mail until received by SoundSpectrum. If you send a check or money order, please make it payable to SOUNDSPECTRUM, INC. and send it to us the address below:
